Janie lived a life of love and gratitude. She was always so generous- with her words, time and gifts. She was genuine, a quality that is so rare and valued. The world has lost a little more light. Shine on in heaven sweet Janie.

I am so saddened by the loss of Janie. I've only known her a couple years, but in that time she had become a close friend. I miss her terribly.

My love and prayers go to her daughter Nikki & her family. Nikki was a former student who I care about very much and got to know her mother, Janie on Facebook. She loved her family very much. Prayers for her family at this difficult time.

Janie was a beautiful soul with a heart as big as they come. The Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and Janie is now resting from her labors. RIP Janie until we meet again in a better place.
